She tackles one room at a time and when done reviews what she just did and checks for anything that was missed or needs redoing. She had her own tools and supplies which all work extremely well with her application. Bonnie is always polite and friendly - a positive attitude. And she always makes sure my very elderly, large dog is comfortable while she cleans. Bonnie has been cleaning for me for more thank 9 months.
