Organizing & Inclusive Interior Design

Design That Includes Everyone.

Accessible. Neurodivergent-friendly. Beautifully functional. We help you organize and design your space to actually support the way you live.

Bon Bon's Organizing & Inclusive Interior Design program, headed up by Hector, is about helping people create spaces that feel good, function well, and reflect their needs and vision — whatever that looks like. The work is grounded in inclusive design practices and Hector's own experience as a visually disabled person who works closely with disabled and neurodivergent communities. Accessibility is built in, not added on — but at the core, it's just about designing homes that actually work for the people living in them.

Tailored Support, Thoughtful Design

Every service is flexible and rooted in function, flow, and inclusive design. Whether you're organizing one room or rethinking your whole space, we meet you where you are — literally and figuratively.

Starter Session

A low-commitment way to get started.

Includes a 2-hour in-home or virtual consultation where we walk through your space, discuss your needs, and implement a few small but meaningful changes on the spot. Great for renters or quick wins.

Sliding scale available.

$125–$175

Full Reorganization

Declutter, redesign, and breathe again.

Up to 6 hours over 2 sessions focused on optimizing space, improving layout flow, and making your home easier to live in. Best for small homes or apartments. Includes product recommendations and sensory-friendly suggestions.

$450 flat or $75/hour

Room-by-Room Design

A complete transformation, one room at a time.

We handle layout, labeling, storage systems, decor, and sourcing — all with your needs at the center. Ideal for families, multi-room setups, or specific challenges.

$300–$400 per room

Ongoing Support

Because needs evolve. So should your space.

Perfect for those with changing routines, conditions, or seasonal challenges. Monthly check-ins or a quarterly tune-up to keep your systems working as your life shifts.

$45–$60 monthly · $125 quarterly

Sliding Scale & Pay-It-Forward

We offer discounted rates for low-income, disabled, or chronically ill clients — and give our community the option to donate toward future access projects. Because great design should be for everyone.

A Process Designed to Make You Feel at Home

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed or just need help dialing in the details, our approach is built to be affirming, adaptable, and stress-free.

  1. 1

    Free Intro Call

We start with a 15–20 minute call to get a sense of your space, your goals, and your access needs. No pressure, no judgment — just a conversation to see if we're a good fit.

  2. 2

    Walkthrough & Planning

We visit your home (or do a virtual tour) to assess flow, function, sensory details, and everyday challenges. We'll talk about your habits, preferences, and what's not working — and start outlining a plan that fits your life.

  3. 3

    Hands-On Support

Depending on your package, we'll start decluttering, reorganizing, sourcing items, or redesigning room-by-room. Every decision is made with you, and for you — with care, consent, and flexibility at the center.

  4. 4

    Living With the Design

We want your space to keep working for you — so we check in after a few weeks (and optionally monthly or quarterly) to make tweaks, suggest new tools, or adapt as your needs shift.

Design That Doesn't Leave People Out

We don't believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. We design for real life — in all its complexity, messiness, and beauty.

Whether you're disabled, chronically ill, neurodivergent, or just trying to make your space more supportive, we center your needs without compromise or condescension. Every service is rooted in inclusive design principles — but we keep it grounded, personal, and functional.

We know that access to design and support isn't always affordable — so we offer:

  • Sliding scale rates for low-income, disabled, or chronically ill clients
  • Pay-it-forward options where others can donate toward future access-focused work
  • No shame, no pressure: we work at your pace and on your terms

This work is personal. It's political. And it's built on the idea that everyone deserves to feel at home in their home.

Ready to get started?

Whether you're craving more calm, better flow, or a space that finally fits your needs — Hector is here to help you make it happen. Just 15–20 minutes to talk through what you're looking for. No pressure, no hard sell — just clarity and support.
